So delicious

I'm trying to use up food in our fridge and freezer. 


I made this recipe for 12 muffins about 10 hours ago.


There are 4 left.


Make them. Now. 


P.S. I already packed our measuring cups and bakeware. I had to buy a muffin tin at the dollar store. I zested the lemon with a serrated knife. Vinegar + milk = buttermilk. Mason jar as a measuring cup. I love when I don't have to be precise. :)
